Accommodation Structure
This retreat operates on a flexible accommodation model. Rooms are held in partnership with our host and are confirmed based on actual participant bookings. As such, retreat size and room allocation may be adjusted in alignment with confirmed attendance.
Early-Bird Pricing
Early-bird pricing is available until May 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. All early-bird bookings follow the same cancellation terms outlined above.
Force Majeure
In the event that the retreat is impacted by circumstances beyond the organizer's control — including but not limited to natural disasters, wildfires, earthquakes, extreme weather, travel disruptions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events — Bloom Wild Rose reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the retreat.
If the retreat is cancelled in full, participants will receive a full refund of all payments received. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their booking to a future retreat.
If the retreat proceeds but individual participants are unable to attend due to force majeure events, standard cancellation terms apply where possible. In cases of widespread travel disruption, credit or transfer options may be offered at the discretion of the organizer.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip interruption, cancellation, and force majeure events.
Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled for reasons other than force majeure, participants will receive a full refund of all payments received. Bloom Wild Rose is not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, ferry travel, or other personal costs.
